Unused Balance Clause
Advance payments can be refunded within 15–20 working days upon request, via the original source.
Return and Exchange
Products/services are eligible under a 3-day return/exchange policy when purchased on our portal.
Cancellation
Cancellation windows vary by product. Some services (e.g., recharges, bill payments) are non-cancellable.
Third-party products/services are not eligible for refunds via our interface.
Cancellations must be requested via official support email or helpline; processing may take up to 7 days.
Note
All sales of Recharge are final. For failed delivery within 24 hours with successful debit, contact support for investigation and refund within 7 working days if validated.
